The XBox came with a controller, 2 games and a remote control to play DVDs. Setting up the machine was easy. Plug it into the AV on your tv and switch it to AV. The games come on DVDs and are quite expensive, around $100 each for the latest games. Graphics are great, Sound is great and I am totally hooked on Tony Hawk Pro Skater. I have also unhooked my normal DVD player and now play my DVDs using the XBox. The music jukebox is also pretty cool, allowing you to place your music onto the XBoxs hard disk, lacks a random play function between the play lists though. Overall this is a pretty good unit.
